If you're interested in yoga but have been to shy/tight/(your excuse here) to start, now is the time! My studio is small and sweet, an excellent lowkey place to begin. However, if those class times don't suit you, consider joining a class with me at another location- see the next pages for my schedule. If you would prefersome one-on-one time,private classes are available.
We are all beginners here as we bend, stretch,relax, laugh, and breath. Remember, its our yoga practice, not our yoga perfect. Come join the fun!
