The following letter is written after many tears and much anguish. Due to the economy and circumstances beyond
our control we must downsize. Unfortunately the gym continues to lose money monthly while the nutrition and
weight loss part of the business is striving and increasing. Therefore we will no longer be offering gym memberships,
classes, etc. On advice of our accountant we will relocate and move to a smaller facility. We will continue to serve the
shakes and sell the Herbalife nutrition products. Our main focus will be to provide prayer, support, motivation and
education on weight loss, nutrition and exercise. We hope that you will continue to use the service we provide. Our
desire is to change lives, one person at a time.

We will never forget the past six years. The great memories will be treasured forever.
We consider all of you friends and family. We thank you for your support, and pray God’s awesome blessings over
each of you.

Change is never easy but at this time changes must be made. We do trust the mighty and powerful God we serve.

Our last day of business will be Friday, June 26th. We will have a sale Saturday June 27th to dispose of

We plan to open at our new location Monday June 29th.

The address of the new location is 211 N. 5th st.
