Power wash to remove all loose and oxidized paint

All walls receive 2 cut in and 2 rolled coats of paint

At P & G Painting, we like to help coordinate color ideas including accent walls with the home owner to establish color scheme based on the type of woodwork and the amount of lighting in the room.

Power wash all metal siding to remove chaulky surfaces or oxidized paint.
All bare metal surfaces will require a metal gripper and a finish paint to provide maximim adhesion.
