Manoli Loupassi is a current member of the Virginia House of Delegates for the Commonwealth of Virginia and serves on the Courts of Justice Committee. Manoli is intimately involved with the development and creation of Virginia Law.
He was the Vice Mayor of Richmond and President of Richmond City Council. Manoli served as Chairman of the Richmond Public Safety Commission for 4 years and was a multi-district state prosecutor in the Metropolitan Richmond Area including Hanover County, Henrico County, Chesterfield County and the City of Richmond.
He has been repeatedly recognized by his peers in the Virginia Business Magazine's "Legal Elite" for his practice in the area of criminal and traffic defense. His experience and reputation has made him a premier Richmond Virginia lawyer.
Manoli co-authored Virginia's Continuing Legal Education Manual concerning DUI and serious traffic defense and lectures other lawyers throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia in how to defend these types of cases.
