In our four decades of practice, we have handled a wide range of cases and have taken cases to trial when necessary. Personal injury. We focus our personal injury practice on the needs of injured people. We handle claims involving automobile accidents, slips and falls, dog bites and animal attacks and boating accidents. We also take wrongful death claims.
Immigration. Most of our immigration work centers on family-based immigration requests, including fiancé visas, deportation hearings and applications for naturalization. We prepare all the necessary paperwork, help you prepare for immigration interviews, and act as your advocate in all immigration proceedings.
Employment law and workers' compensation. We protect the rights of employees who have been unfairly treated or wrongfully discharged, handling discrimination claims under Title VII as well as retaliatory discharge claims involving employee disclosure of wrongful conduct by an employer. We also protect the rights of people who have been injured on the job and need to recover benefits under the Kansas workers' compensation laws.
Personal bankruptcy. We handle all matters related to personal bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions.
