Water Shut-Off Polymer Treatments to control excessive water production, improve oil recovery rates and reduce lifting costs. Our polymer treatments typically reduce water production by 60%-90%, with a corresponding drop in electricity or fuel costs. Because pumping fluid levels are reduced and bypassed oil saturation is often mobilized as a result of the treatment, we often see increased oil production ranging from 10%-80%.
Injection Well Treatments to improve injection profiles and control inter-well channeling and premature water break-through to producing wells. This allows the injected fluid to mobilize oil from lower permeability areas of the formation and sweep the reservoir much more effeciently. A recent treatment on a five-spot waterflood injector increased production from 60 BOPD to more than 90 BOPD, within three months following the treatment. Water production decreased by approximately 60% on the producing wells.
Polymer Augmented Waterflood Systems provide a viscous injection fluid which create a "piston effect" in the reservoir, and helps bank up and push oil to the producing wells, and helps prevent water from "fingering" through the oil column.
Protective Annular Gels for M.I.T. Polymer Services, LLC (PSI) has provided polymer gels to seal casing leaks in all types of wells for many years. We have always provided cost-effective alternatives to expensive remedial workovers, and now we intend to focus on this aspect of our business. When you have a Disposal or Injection well up for M.I.T., please give us a call for gelled packer fluids, with long-term leak-sealing advantages.
Tougher Gels for Casing Leaks During the downturn, we had plenty of time to "play" in the lab. We have come up with some very interesting formulations in the casing leak arena. We have also tested some new products (polymers) not previously available to us, which make some very tough gels, at competitive costs. These gels should greatly improve the success rate on high pressure or charged up leaks like the Dakota/Cedar Hill formation, and offer some pressure integrity along with good shear resistance. We've also developed some promising formulations for "wide open" leaks such as the salt section. These systems have been successfully combined in stages for things like perforation abandonment, or very large casing leaks.
Pressure Pumping Services Need to test casing, tubing, a flow line? Or need to pump a chemical squeeze or circulate a hole clean? Give us a call for competitive hourly rates.
