Infinity Solutions International, LLCis a consulting and outsourcing company. Head Offices are located in Kansas City and the development is outsourced to Africa. Our office in Africa is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and currently has a staff of well trained programmers specializing in Java and C#. Our database expertise covers Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server.
We specialize in the full life cycle development of custom projects and business process re-engineering.
Infinity Solutions International has been in business for over seven years. We have just formalized the formation of the company recently. Our team has been traveling all over the world and has worked in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Zanzibar, Ethiopia and other countries. We have developed many applications for many purposes. Our focus has always been to deliver the highest quality software to our clients for the lowest possible costs. Good project management techniques and customer focus has contributed greatly to the success of all our projects. Although we have grown and our direction as a company has changed over the years, the people with have remained focused on serving the customer.
Last year we created a development center in Ethiopia. This was partially out of necessity and partially out of the desire to provide services to the growing outsourcing market. Africa would seem an unlikely place to work, but the personnel available are some of the finest we have found in our travels. Like many companies, we have used outsourcing ourselves and have had many problems with quality, ethics and communications. To this end, we have used our own experiences to train and implement practices to reduce these issues.
Most of our work is in custom development and in business process re-engineering. These processes go hand in hand. When introducing a new system, there is a direct impact on the processes involved and an excellent opportunity to improve services.
Over time we have developed some basic applications for the African market. These are low cost, low maintenance and resource light to reduce the overall cost of ownership. Typical installations of these products can be performed in days and they are designed to be simple to reduce the need for training. The products menu lists these with a brief description of each.
