New Credentials - Certified Tree Care Safety Program
As a continued effort to bring our clients responsible tree care, K.C. Arborist is proud to be the first tree care company in the Kansas City Metro area with Certified Tree Care Safety Professionals (CTSP) on staff. Owner Brandon Hendrickson and account manager Jeff Sifrit earned their CTSP credentials while attending the TCIA national convention that took place in Baltimore, Maryland, November 2-6. The certified tree care safety professional program teaches tree care professionals safety strategies and tactics for improving their organization. By developing a consistent safety program our company maintains fewer accidents and injuries. According to the tree care industry Magazine and tree care industry association members survey, a company with a CTSP employee on staff were ten times less likely to experience a lost work day due to an employee accident. The survey also showed those companies were four times less likely to incur a serious job site accident requiring medical attention beyond treatment provided in the field. K.C. Arborist is committed to providing a safe working environment for all of our employees by preventing accidents before they occur.
