Construction Technology Innovations has been in business since 2002 as a family owned and operated, Custom Concrete Overlay company in Las Vegas, NV. We specialize in hand troweled stone texture finishes, spray textures that mimic the look of granite, and commercial grade coatings for garages. Our coatings can be applied on any concrete surface inside and out. We can pattern the overlay in any way you choose, including custom color matching!

In 2008, CTI expanded into the Midwest with the same quality driven approach to concrete work. We now have skilled crews in the Greater Kansas City area and the Lawrence/Topeka area. The next generation in concrete overlay technology has come to the Midwest!

We have completed many projects, from small patios in our residential work to 3000+ square feet commercial and retail projects. We are commited to making each job an original work of art for our customers, no job is too small to make incredible! We encourage imagination and creativity on the part of our customers. Our products are incredibly versatile so, we won't steer you towards something "easy" when you can have exactly the look you want!
