Teaching life's lessons through sport and trying to achieve athletic success while building better people, now and for the rest of their lives. Participating in gymnastics and cheerleading can enhance a child's self-esteem and confidence. KGDC embraces these responsibilities by providing a fun, healthy environment for children, enabling them to realize their potential as an athlete and a person.
Physical benefits derived from gymnastics training are strength, flexibility, speed, grace, and balance, emotional benefits include self confidence, perseverance, discipline, and courage.
