Homestead Rentals has been a family-owned and operated business for over 20 years. The business started with only one property and due to the professional standards and care given to the tenants and property owners, quickly grew to over 60 homes and duplexes. Jeannie and her husband, Pete, a retired Army Officer take pride in the growth of their business and reputation it has.

Their daughter, Cynthia, now operates the Company. Cynthia formerly owned a local health club and has more than 25 years in customer care. She has a daughter and resides in Leavenworth.

Homestead employs service contractors and "handy men" who are on call 24 hours a day. Prompt friendly service is the norm on a daily basis. No issue is too small to receive immediate attention. Cynthia and the employees of Homestead Rentals are proud of the high standard of service her parents have set. The company continues to serve the needs of the tenants with personal attention and care.
