My practice is limited to consumer bankruptcy assistance in filing for debt relief under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 as amended by the new bankruptcy laws. I am focused on resolving my clients' financial problems by:

Determining whether Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is appropriate
Creating bankruptcy petition and review for accuracy
Filing the bankruptcy petition when my client is ready to file
Personally attending the one court hearing with the client

I currently serve as the Kansas State Chairperson for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
