We created this site especially for parents looking for day care & those wanting to provide their "love for a living".
Day Care Connection (DCC) is a full-service resource & referral agency. Our mission is to: improve the quality of child care through support services to providers, parents, employers & the community.
We provide services to the Johnson County, Kansas & surrounding area.

Providers need access to training & resource materials to assist them in becoming professional caregivers. At Day Care Connection, our motto: "We Don't Babysit" serves to remind all of the need for professional & quality child care. Our primary focus has always been to change the caregivers image from that of "babysitter" to "Day Care Provider".
Parents need assurance their children are being cared for in safe, nurturing environment. Their ability to work is enhanced when they know their children are receiving proper attention, appropriate stimulation & good nutrition. Day Care Connection can assist parents in their search with consumer education materials from our referral service.
Employers need access to quality child care to ensure their workers give their best job performance. Reliable child care services allow employees to focus on their work, without worry over their youngster's welfare. Access to a reliable child care referral source helps working parents remain at work when they might otherwise be forced to stay home & care for their children.
