HOLTZE EXECUTIVE VILLAGE is a unique hotel concept, combining a resort setting with upscale, guest-oriented service in the heart of Overland Park and Johnson County, Kansas. Unlike other hotels, the HOLTZE offers a range of room types and services to customize your stay with us.
For extended stays, we offer a 750-sq. ft. One-Bedroom Suite with a fully equipped kitchen, gas log fireplace, and separate bedroom. This suite is perfect for the traveler who enjoys coming home to a comfortable living room, eating at a dining table or spreading out notes from the day’s meeting or training session. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, but if you’re not in the mood to cook, stop by the Clubhouse for a light dinner and a drink. In the morning, go back for a hot breakfast before you start your day.

For overnights or weekends, try our spacious King or Double Queen Guest Room with a European soaking tub, plush bed(s), breakfast, and evening reception (Monday through Thursday). All our rooms offer complimentary internet and local phone calls.
For relocations, holiday weekends, and family reunions, stretch out in our generous 1150-sq. ft. Two-bedroom Apartment, which combines a suite with a second bedroom and luxury bath. Remodeling your home? Live at The Holtze until the dust settles!
