WELCOME TO YOGA CENTRAL !
YOGA CENTRAL is a unique Yoga Studio where all paths and all walks of life come together to experience the joy of practicing Yoga. Conveniently located at the SW Corner of Central and Woodlawn in Wichita, Kansas, we bring experienced, qualified teachers and Yoga Therapists together to teach classes and private sessions to all ages and experience levels.
Our mission is to bring people together to learn and experience the joy of Yoga in a safe and caring environment.
All teachers have extensive training in a variety of syles: Iyengar, Anusara, Flow, Restorative, Tantra, and Thai Yoga Therapy, as well as classes for MS, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for the Special Child. Because classes are small, we are able to give personalized attention to each individual student.
We hope to enable each person to find different ways to practice, according to their needs and wants. We teach in a loving and caring atmosphere, with gracious acceptance of each person who enters our space.
Private yoga lessons and therapy, as well as Thai Yoga Therapy and Massage are by appointment. Please feel free to call us with any questions at 706-YOGA or email teachers@yogacentral.info

Im THRILLED to be starting a Mommy & Me Yoga class! As a Mom with a 6-month old, life can get pretty hectic, and I so easily find myself living from my head, not my heart. I am on my own journey of finding how to make time for myself and my own yoga practice so that I can parent from my heart and can stay present and enjoy my little one now, today, this moment. Come join me for these classes! We will explore and play and have fun together as we bond with our little ones through yoga.
