The Shondell family began Heathwood Oil Company in 1926, with a commitment to our customers of "Service at a Fair Price". With two employees and one delivery truck, we set out to offer fuels and lubricants. Heathwood Oil was one of the first independent oil companies servicing the Kansas City area. The third generation of the Shondell family now heads Heathwood Oil Co., Inc. with the same commitment of the best service with quality products at a fair price.

We are now one of the oldest continuously family-owned oil companies in the midwest. With our current bulk capacity of over a quarter of a million gallons, Heathwood Oil has the products you need, when you need them. Serving the Kansas City area, Eastern Kansas, Western Missouri and Northwest Arkansas with over 80 years of experience, "Old-Fashioned Service" is a product still available from Heathwood Oil Co., Inc.
