I am Karla Davignon, The Prairie Dell Quilter. Sewing has been an integral part of my life since I was a young girl watching my mother make our clothing. As a young wife and mother I also sewed for my children and decorated our home. Then came a time when I finally had the time to sew for fun! I discovered my love of quilting in 1998 and have made many quilts since.
So many of us love picking the pattern, choosing our color pallet and the intricate piecing, but prefer not to do the hand or machine quilting needed to complete the project. My passion for piecing and quilting my own quilts has inspired me to assist other quilters in finishing their works of art.

My Gammill Long Arm Quilting machine allows me to bring your pieced tops to completion so you can use your creation or pass on an heirloom. Edge to edge pantographs, meandering, stippling, and custom work are available.
