Frankfort Community Care Home is a non-profit organization providing excellent quality of care to skilled, intermediate and residential clients. Our nursing home was started in 1972 because there was a need in our community for quality nursing care for the elderly. That was our purpose then, and that is our purpose now. We are specializing in one area (quality nursing care). Our goal is to be the very best in that area.
Frankfort Community Care Home continues to be Medicare and Medicaid certified, with some of our staff having 30 years of experience taking care of geriatric residents. Some of the services offered include:24 hour licensed nursing staff, regular physician visits, physical, occupational and speech therapy services, therapeutic diets, a variety of daily activities, social services and transportation.
