Office Financial Policy
Information may not be reliable

Office Financial Policy We strive to help you understand your patient portion prior to treatment.

Before you even come into our office, we will ask you for your insurance information so we can provide you with an estimate of your out of pocket expense. Since this varies for each individual, usually 25% - 75% of the cost of the procedure is required at the time of service.

Please keep in mind that insurance companies routinely indicate that coverage verification does not guarantee payment. The estimated patient portion is an estimation only. Since most insurance payments are subject to your insurance's usual and customary fees, any recent claims that had not been processed when we verified your insurance, clauses in your plan's policy, and several other variances there is a possibility that we could over or underestimate your patient portion.

  • If your insurance pays more than the estimated amount, a refund check from this office will be mailed within 1 month from the date payment is received in this office.
  • If your insurance pays less than the estimated amount, you will receive a statement from this office.

Payment Plans

Our office is pleased to offer a variety of no-interest plans to our patients through CareCredit. We encourage you to vist their website at http://www.carecredit.com/ for more information.
